Quick craft tip - heat embossing tip no. 1
Embossing powders are designed to stick easily to your inks but this also results in them sticking just as easily, to any natural oils that transfer from your hands to the card. If you're not careful, then you could end up with unintentional, embossed fingerprints and smudges in the middle of your work of art. To prevent this, wipe your card with an anti-static bag or dry tumble dryer sheet and handle the card by the edges until the powder has been heat set.
